The website smartiming.net, the web application app.smartiming.net and the mobile application Smartiming (iPhone and Android) are published and developed by Wildpace.

The name Smartiming, the logo, the graphics, the texts, the screenshots and the code of the application are the property of Wildpace and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, except for strictly personal use or within the limits of the Terms of use.

The data entered by organizers (participants, results, event logos) remain the property of those organizers or of their respective owners.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy: the data processed, purposes, retention periods, service providers, your rights and how to exercise them.

The smartiming.net website uses no tracking cookie and no audience measurement tool. The web application uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Details in the Privacy policy, section 9.

We do what is necessary for the service to be available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from interruptions or errors. We may suspend it for maintenance.

The results displayed (split times, times, rankings) are based on what the organizer and their timekeepers enter; the organizer is responsible for them and validates them. They have no official value until the organizer or the competent sports federation has validated them. See also the Terms of use, section 10, which detail this limitation of liability.

A results page or a public entry concerns you and you would like it corrected, hidden or deleted? Contact the organizer of the event, whose name appears on the page, or write to us at contact@smartiming.net with the address of the page: we will forward your request and, if necessary, deactivate the link concerned.

The application is distributed through the App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC). Their own terms apply to the download.

This website and this notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
